Return Policy
At Morph, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our high-quality, sustainable products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy for items purchased directly from Morph. Products purchased from retailers should be returned to them and need to follow their returns policies.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 15 days from the delivery date for online orders to return your item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Please email our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the return form provided. Affix the return shipping label to the package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Processing: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- We will replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@morphbags.com.
