What We Do

The Zero Waste Game
A hands-on, team-based exercise that brings the circular economy to life. Participants sort, measure, and plan how to keep materials out of the landfill, learning how design, collaboration, and systems thinking can drive waste reduction.
Systems Thinking for Sustainability
An interactive workshop that helps participants see the bigger picture. Using real-world examples and visual tools, they learn how interconnected systems shape environmental and social outcomes—and how to identify leverage points for change.
Circular Design Challenge
A creative sprint that turns discarded materials into opportunity. Teams apply circular design principles to reimagine waste as a resource, developing product or system ideas that demonstrate how circularity can work in practice.
Waste Mapping & Material Flow Exercises
Participants explore where resources come from, how they move, and where they end up. By mapping waste and material flows, we can visualize inefficiencies, uncover reuse opportunities, and identify entry points for circular solutions.
